Parallel spacing for double/triple strokes (RDKit multipleBondOffset).

Prefer OFFSET_PX. Do not scale down to the post-label stroke length — heteroatom insets must not collapse carbonyl spacing. Only shrink for degenerate stubs shorter than two offset widths.
